People consistently interact with each other.

Sometimes people are at a distance, so people rely on devices to keep interacting. In other words, people interact with their devices to interact with each other, which sounds… cumbersome.

Human to human interaction is complex. With every layer added in between (culture, language, device, interface, protocol and such) complexity rises accordingly. There is no way of turning complexity down, but we are at liberty to make it just complex enough.
